I made this card for my dad for his birthday and it also fits for one of the Dare to Get Dirty challenges going on this week. Last year I made a card for each and every challenge. I scanned an old photo of my dad and me and my sister and brother and cut it out to make it look like a polaroid photo. Got this idea from my friend Maureen who makes wonderful photo cards for her family.

I hope that you are enjoying sunny days in your corner of the world! This card is for two challenges over at Splitcoaststampers. The first is a sketch for the CAS challenge of the week and the second is this week's colour challenge to use real red, island indigo and wonder wisteria. At first I didn't know what I was going to do to match the colours, but then I discovered that I had bought a sample pack of the SU! in-colors last fall. Yay! I made the square frame by embossing a square nestability on the card front. The stamps and die-cuts are Verve. I'm loving these loopy blooms!
